Zonians in the Military

During the American Era of the Panama Canal, 1904 through 1999, “Zonians” established a rich tradition of service to the nation in the uniformed services of the United States. Thousands of other Americans also served tours of duty in the Canal Zone and Panama during the American Era, thereby laying claim to being a Zonian. This document is an Honor Roll of Zonians who served. The list also includes Spanish American War veterans who subsequently lived in the Canal Zone and Panama and were buried at Corozal American Cemetery.
